About Seattle Information Systems (SIS)

SIS is a privately held technology corporation dedicated to providing innovative products to allow health care personnel to simplify the assessment of patient results through a systematic approach to patient outcome reporting. Our flagship product, Prosk^TM, helps achieve our goal to simplify outcomes collection and make it a part of every health care provider’s routine practice without wasting patient or provider time.

SIS is born out of a desire by medical professionals to improve their ability to integrate patient reported outcomes. Over the years we have worked closely with physicians in Oregon and Washington to establish database systems that are user friendly and meet physician and patient needs. Our systematic dedication to iterative development of Prosk and clinical outcomes data has resulted in a solution that integrates patient driven outcomes best practices, avoids common pitfalls, and leverages use of widely respected healthcare surveys.

Our mission is to provide simple, easy to use health outcomes measurement solutions. SIS believes that every patient deserves to have health related quality of life be a consideration in their dialogue with their practitioner. Our health status measurement solutions have been developed in conjunction with physicians to better serve the needs of busy clinicians. We hope to provide all physicians with a simple and easy system to collect and review patient outcomes information for their practices.

The SIS team has a combined 35 years of experience launching software solutions for large commercial entities. The team is fully aware of the operational components that will be required to evolve our flagship product, Prosk, into a successful commercial entity with growth at an exponential rate.
